"I had a new furnace & AC installed. We had the old one removed from a closet and the new one is in the attic so there was a lot of work to do. Plus, they had to upgrade the power panel to a 200A service to support the AC.
They showed up on time every day. They put down drop clothes and cleaned up daily so, while a little dusty from construction, the house was very comfortable during the installation.
After the first day there were a few things that I wasn't sure about. I made a call and a supervisor showed up promptly and discussed my concerns. Before the got done they had fixed everything that I has questions about. At this point I am confident that they would have fixed everything before they were done even if I hadn't asked about them.
Because of the houses layout there were some minor changes that we made as we progressed. They adapted to the requests quickly and without significant extra expense.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone."


"Today I had VHC come to at a new home I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The A/C runs, but the house hasn't been cooling well. I called late on Friday (before the holiday weekend). They were willing to accommodate sending someone that afternoon, but since it wasn't an emergency I said I could wait until after the weekend. The technician they sent (Gary) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He called on his way over so I would know to expect him. This is an older home so he walked me through the way the system was setup, how to change the filter in this older unit, common issues with older systems to watch for, etc The service call was $120. Looks like I should get new ducting as the current duct work doesn't allow for sufficient airflow. Someone is coming out Friday to provide an estimate on the work. I really like VHC. Their customer service is great, and they never make me feel pressured to do work. I always feel like VHC is trying to do right by me - their customer."

"They were prompt. They came in and delivered the type of equipment they said they were going to do and hooked it all up. They had to then follow up with some inspection, and they came back and installed what our guy requested all no extra cost to us. We were pleased with that. Their workmanship was good. We will use them again in the future.‎"

"I would def recommend them for duct cleaning. I used these guys to service my heating and cooling recently. Seems like a professional outfit. The technician wasn't weird. Just a regular, polite person. If I have to use them for anything major, I'll update the review but for now I'm thinking about signing up for a service contract with them.Technically competent, good value, owners are attentive to customer service.‎"
